A 22" Tonner doll is always a very sought-after item. Now the Tonner Doll Company brings us two as different as well-crafted dolls in limited editions of 300 pieces each, both using the American Model head sculpts and bodies. Their price is obviously higher than any other smaller doll in the line, but the detailed outfits and the taller size of these sort of dolls are all worth it.

She's a Toys'R Us Silver Label exclusive, and probably the most beautiful doll of all four in the Dream Seasons collection. The other three ones are seeing their prices going up lately as well, but the autumn girl's becoming a pretty much more wanted item.

All three dolls from the Goddess series so far are Gold Label (around 5,000 pieces each). Despite these large editions, they're pretty expensive (although easy to find). No doubt these are beautifully crafted dolls, but the fact there're so many out there should prevent their prices to go any higher. However, Barbie collectors claim them in their collections, and so they remain very wanted.

Larger than expected limited editions of 750 dolls. Lower than expected suggested retail price of 89 dollars. Poppy Parker's reinvention of Barbie's Dolls of the World line is already sold out practically everywhere. Let's hope the larger editions will help the prices being still affordable once the dolls are out on the market.

Only available for ordering within 48 hours after being announced, and only for this year's W CLUB members. Her suggested retail price was 130 dollars, but she'll be worthier than that once she's out on the market later this summer. She's not been getting the best of reviews from collectors so far, but the potential she's got is out of discussion.

The first five women in this year's brand-new Classic line are almost here. They're all limited editions (400 to 800 pieces), and collectors everywhere are already pulling for their favourite one. Their retailing price is affordable, but it'll go up as soon as they're out on the market. Which of them is going to be the most wanted one's hard to tell right now; but considering that Splendid Jordan's the most limited doll of them all (and she's absolutely gorgeous), I'd pull for her.

They're the bad girls of the story, but the expectations among collectors and fans of the series are higher than the not-so-outrageous results obtained by The Holograms. Maybe it's just too expensive to buy six dolls plus the three Jerricas, the Rio and the Synergy dolls so to get the whole collection so far; or maybe it's their coloured hair that prevents collectors from getting a doll that isn't that easy to restyle. Whatever may be, The Misfits are willing to win this contest!

All six dolls in the Legend of Ireland series are pretty wanted by collectors. But, of course, the two Platinum Label ones are topping the list. Both of them were sold exclusively at Toys'R Us. The Deirdre of Ulster doll, though expensive, can be easily found. However, the brunette version of the Faerie Queen doll in an edition of only 500 pieces is getting tough to find.
